I loved that book. Hierarchology of the incapable. Also very funny: when someone has reached his/her level of incompetence the sidewards arabesque comes on stage, which is the reason why so many incompetent people work in marketing (according to Peter)

I prefer the Dilbert principle: incompetent employees are imidiatly promoted to the place were can raise only little damage: the middle management
