Same meal as a few days back but with raw bean sprouts and tempeh. I used cauliflower last time and passed on the tempeh. I fast daily, four years by 11/11 Raw vegan meal. Fasting for 23 hours now. Sprouts (#enzymes) Avocado (#lipids), #tempeh (40grams #protein) yeast , (#b12) and more protein) Coconut #aminos (more protein aminos for synthesis) and hot sauce. Health is the greatest wealth.
