And UK unfortunately. Both Bush and Blair should be put in trial for war crimes.
JimMooman
Jack, and so say all of us

WE'RE NUMBER ONE
HonorYourCraft
LoL. They maybe should have left the sleeping giant alone.
Paco
HonorYourCraft, Iraq had nothing to do with the 9/11 attack. We attacked them because Saddam supposedly had WMDs, which was bullshit and he didn't. The real reason was because Bush was trying to finish his daddy's failed invasion
HonorYourCraft
Paco, they did actually have wmds. The nypost even wrote an article about it. They were never able to effectively use them, caches of chemical weapons were found and blown up more than a few times. Sadaam was a terrible dictator and his sons would have been far worse. The invasion that occurred under Bush Sr's term decimated the 3rd largest military in less than a week. Obviously it is a quagmire bit hind sight is always 20/20. The world isn't as black and white as the media would like us to believe. I'm no fan of the Bush family either.

Yep him too. His forces shot down a passenger plane (probably accidentally) and everyone forgot about it. If that was ISIS...
Stems
Jack, the us spent five billion dollars to destabilize Ukraine and supported horrible people just to fuck with Russia. Crimea has been their only year round navy port for the last two hundred years. They were never going to give it up and the us knew that.
Stems
Jack, maybe we should give up Guantanamo.

Lol isis is a bunch mercenaries getting payed by the world powers.

Isis are sisi's
Sebastian
I like what you did there :)

The bankers profit by war so they found goverments to pay mercenairs to cause theses acts of terroism...so you tell me who's the terroist !! And they use religion, i ask my self why Islam.
Denis William Hill Road
Cuz they are a minority like a white neighborhood and the black kid that moves in
G.Ri.M.
I believe major world powers like the U.S.A. rely on war/conflicts to make profit. Not only for money but land, oil and etc. Ever since WW1 this cycle has continued. The reason I state America is because we get into the world's business to help ourselves. If we don't make enough profit then another depression then another war then another economic boom then repeat until we collapse then chaos then death then recreate then rebirth then repeat.
👈MentalProlapse👉 ❓
People don't like to be told they have shit smeared over there face. And for the cattle of western civilization to adress the sins of there own land. they would have to admit they've been rolling in it for years.
Stems
Lol true.
cahuella🍑
the western world is powerfull so they use their power . every empire in history did this
DarkRogue25
All government should be wiped off the face of the planet. There will always be corrupt, greedy, power hungry asshole.. Political corruption should be punishable by death? Especially here in America.. I'd keep going but our country is full of sensitive crybaby bitches that are offended by any and everything you could think of.. There will never be peace in the world.. History proves that humanity is stupid by nature lol #USMCVET #fuckUSgovernment
HonorYourCraft
Getting rid of governance won't get rid of the greedy assholes. Think about feudal times... it will just boil down to who ever has the biggest stick and can swing it the hardest.
Artem
I think you asking correct questions)
tankrachet86
I see alot of thoughts on similar pages.. But did anyone ever stop to think maybe people were sent in because of what the unarmed civilian population was going through?? Experimentation and musterd gas trial. Not to mention weaponization trial of other compounds..
🎺Thinker
These children don't know what they are talking about. They can't look back in history 5 years, let alone 100, they prefer conspiracy theories and hatred.
Dory
Tank is right. Guess the op should go dig up some of those mass graves of families and then ask themself who the terrorist is.
Stems
Like the million people we killed in Iraq just with sanctions?
🎺Thinker
We aren't required or even morally obligated to provide aid to foreign countries, particularly to corrupt regimes, or people who hate us. If they hate our country, they hate our bread.
Stems
Thinker, sounds like you're projecting a bit there.
🎺Thinker
Stems, go into details please.
Stems
Thinker, projecting your own racism... Sorry didn't know o had to dumb it down so much.
🎺Thinker
Stems, that's not detailed, I was asking you to back up your statement with something substantial, not throw out veiled half assed insults. Is that clear enough?
Stems
Thinker, you're not worth it 💩

Sterns, You're pretty hostile.

For some reason, my (US) government thinks we're the world police. We're not.

Look at my explaination and it may answer the reasons to the U.S. being the world police.

Also isn't history filled with terrorists friend's?

Michael Galluzzo
Brad, that would explain why you know fuck all about what you're talking about.
🎺Thinker
Michael Galluzzo, he is just as qualified on the subject as any other fucktard teen on this site.
Brad
Michael Galluzzo, oh so you must be a history major then? I'm assuming you have more history than I do you must have majored in it?
Michael Galluzzo
Brad, you're an engineer, do the math.
🎺Thinker
Brad, this isn't a debate though, it's a circle jerk of posturing and ego sheltering. The moment you admit you are wrong, or show any weakness, they will just attempt to plunge in the knife.
Brad
Thinker, :) I like raising pulses
HonorYourCraft
Brad, dicks too most likely... sorry, couldn't keep from trolling...

🇺🇸 USA! USA! USA! 🇺🇸 that's how the US always wins, we catch them by surprise while they have their pants down (metaphorically speaking)

I guess your solution is to ignore everything outside your national borders, stick your head in the sand and hope nothing bites you in the ass. I'm pretty sure there wouldnt be a UK anymore if we all thought like that...

We all know the answer. War against terrorism failed so hard. Thank you george w bush for born the IS
Giles
The people purposefully killing innocent civilians are the terrorists.

And we wonder why other countries hate us....
C.J.
Can someone direct me to this fabled country that had never gone to war or been attacked? That place where every single person agrees with each other and the are no problems? Id really like to visit sometime.
HonorYourCraft
You and me both. The fact that people even take the notion serious is a testament to how insulated they are from the wild.
Michael Galluzzo
HonorYourCraft, there are degrees to this. No one has committed warmongering on the scale of the USA(and before us England), not in the history of mankind.
HonorYourCraft
Michael Galluzzo, Another fine example of insulation and lack of an understanding of history. You should check out the Roman, Spanish and Ottoman empires for starters. Everyone wants to hate on the US but will gladly take our aid.
C.J.
HonorYourCraft, it's true. Nobody hates America more than these "pacifist" Americans. They're rivaling even ISIL at this point.
Michael Galluzzo
First off, fuck you for saying I hate this country. It's a matter of standards, not that you would understand as you have none. I expect more from my country. Secondly, even at their height the Romans didn't cause as much destruction and cultural dissolution, and that's saying something.
Michael Galluzzo
HonorYourCraft, what don't you understand? At no point in human history has one nation had such a military advantage over every other nation on eartg.
C.J.
Michael Galluzzo, now you're just grasping at straws. It must really bother you that you're a bloodthirsty, egotistical, greedy, cultureless drone like the rest of us.
HonorYourCraft
Michael Galluzzo, no need to get tight, you don't know me or my standards. If you think that Rome didn't cause destruction of culture you are lying to yourself. Violence will always be the gold standard, whether or not you push for a peaceful coexistence with the world it will not negate that violence of action will always be the ultimate catch all when it comes to influence. This is the unfortunate tragedy of our kind.
Michael Galluzzo
Or is it about how we have actively persecuted countries, going as far as overthrowing democratic elected governments in south America for supporting socialism? How we actively starved Haiti into its currently emaciated state because we agreed that they should pay back the debt France incurred when they tried to reinvade and enslave the nation that broke free from its bonds? There are countless examples.
Michael Galluzzo
HonorYourCraft, I agree, and Rome did destroy whole cultures. We've done the same, remember manifest destiny? Just because violence has been our curse since the inception of mankind doesn't mean we should not strive for something better.
Michael Galluzzo
C.J., maybe it does, maybe I know that posting on this card doesn't begin to change anything, that I'm a hypocrite too. But I'm self aware enough to know that, and I won't stop.

Michael Galluzzo, thats what happens when you are a military superpower. You have the power to influence the world. There will always be people wanting you to intervene and other people not wanting you to intervene.
Michael Galluzzo
Just because you're a military superpower that doesn't excuse entirely unjustified conflicts like Vietnam and Iraq.
On the other hand
I've heard the Rothschild banking cartel don't have a bank in Syria ...yet
ZERO
I'm talking about the true america when we where first found
Zennyaia
Good point.
ZERO
Is there really any problems in america taking over the world. I mean if we truly where america back when it was first started.
On the other hand
Then individuality will be against the law?
ZERO
I'm talking about the true america. The America that was founded on the principle that all men and women are equal.
On the other hand
See when I think true American I think of all the Indians who were here before Christopher Columbus came over. Then over a period time the white man slaughtered millions of them.
🎺Thinker
That's old America, not true America. Every nation had "barbarians" that were killed and subjugated by a greater civilization. Americans are just self aware about it.
Michael Galluzzo
Thinker, the native Americans were not barbarians who were simply destroyed by "superior" culture. With thanksgiving just around the corner, you'd think you'd be more self-aware. If it wasn't for the native americans, there would be no "true" america.
🎺Thinker
Michael Galluzzo, I used the term barbarians in quotes because I am comparing them to ancient barbarians in other cultures. I'm sure those barbarians that were killed by European cultures were no different from the natives the Europeans conquered in America. Thanksgiving is a holiday about being thankful for the things we have, not penance or self flagellation over our unfortunate history.
Michael Galluzzo
Thinker, and it started because some native americans helped out some stupid starving europeans. Turned out not to have been a great idea in hindsight.
🎺Thinker
Michael Galluzzo, some natives helped some of the first immigrants, however even if they hadn't, more would have come, more were already there.
On the other hand
So I guess a true American is someone who came over on a boat from Europe and settled here?
🎺Thinker
A true American is a citizen of the United States. It could be argued that a true American is one that respects and adheres to classic American ideals, however that Is a matter of opinion.
Michael Galluzzo
Thinker, naturally you disclude canada, mexico, and all of central and south America from your "true american" status. Seems like "true americans" are a tiny and irrelevant group. PS American exceptionalism is a myth your mommy told you at night.
🎺Thinker
Michael Galluzzo, I know that North and South America are continents that hold many countries, however the fact that the world uses the name of two continents to refer to one country is only proof of American exceptionalism. You seem to have an aversion born of cultural jealousy. However, I feel you are capable of being more mature.
Michael Galluzzo
Thinker, I am a born and raised american, and I'm about as white as they come. I also understand that as a nation, our sins are not something to be glossed over and forgotten. People like you, who justify everything under the umbrella of exceptionalism, are no true patriots. You're enablers who have no true love of this great nation, who would let the entire experiment go off the rails just to satisfy your blood lust and pride.
ZERO
I don't believe American Indiana's should count as true america because they come from Europe also. Just think about it obviously the native Indiana's dident just appear out of thin air on north America. The questi ok n truly is what is an American because there technically are no Americans just settlers from European countries and the family descendents.
Michael Galluzzo
ZERO, under those auspices, technically we're all African
ZERO
Michael Galluzzo, so technically we should call our selves white, black, Asian, or red. We should all be human. You know how many problems that would solve if everyone believed that.
ZERO
ZERO, we shouldn't call our selves.
🎺Thinker
Michael Galluzzo, I refuse to be burdened by the past, we look at our history, we learn, we move on. As a kid I've always wondered how native American civilization would have developed, if not for our interference, it's unfortunate, it's sad, but I wont shed a tear, when these are themes throughout history and a part of human history. Our country is great, and beautiful, but we aren't perfect. I'm a very peaceful person, I have no lust for warfare and conquest. There's a difference between reconciling history and enabling past wrong doings, just as there is a difference between understanding it, and wearing it like a chain.
C.J.
Michael Galluzzo, your "passionate" vernacular and warped way of viewing history is starting to come off as zeal at this point. You're hands down the best example of White Guilt in action that I have ever seen. I hope one day you can find peace with yourself and your nationality.
Michael Galluzzo
C.J., I don't define myself by either my race or nationality, because I find both of those things irrelevant. I don't feel guilt about these things because I had nothing to do with then, but I feel a sense of justice unfulfilled when it comes to all those we have crushed on our way to primacy. You may think the ends justify the means, but considering where we are as a nation today, is that still true?
C.J.
Michael Galluzzo, I do think this country has a standard of decency at its core. And even though this country isn't necessarily nirvana here on Earth, I do think we have the tools and resources to make this world a better place. So for me, the wars with Native Americans in the past were definely justified. Notice how I said wars. Because that's what they were. Wars. America wasnt some big bad evil empire picking on an ethnicity because they saw them as inferior like you're fantasizing here about. It was a war between Native Americans and early settlers who had nothing but a drive to want to live free. And you know what what? Native Americans actually won some of those battles. So don't sit here and act like early Americans came over in their business suits and ties just to load up Native Americans in train cars to be euthanized in some cultural genocide, because that wasn't the case. Why should American people feel bad Native Americans lost their own war? The treatment of Native Americans afterwards by the US government is debatable, but don't write off the struggle of American settlers as some heartless power play. As with any way, both sides lost so much. If you're going to use history to justify your opinions, use all of it, not just the parts you see fit to prove your "point".
Michael Galluzzo
C.J., while you make some good points, early settlers absolutely saw native americans as inferior beings. They even used them as slave labor much as they used Africans
C.J.
Michael Galluzzo, my point in that was that Manifest Destiny was a geopolitical movement to create a New World based on the American ideas we know now rather than a religious crusade aimed to eliminate undesirables. When it comes down to it, Native Americans received a far better deal from the US than what the Aztecs got from Spain.
Michael Galluzzo
C.J., relatively yes, but that doesn't excuse the brutality inflicted on the native americans.
Stems
C.J., oh come on...
C.J.
Stems, I do like the article, but I'm confused as to where it starts to talk about Manifest Destiny being a platform for the eradication of Native Americans? If you're posting it to say that Manifest Destiny was interpreted as a divine calling, then I agree, because it was. But I don't see anywhere in there that says it was a plot to kill all undesirables.
Tree
Lets all ignore the problem until all the evil one's are dead.
ZERO
But who has the right to say what is evil and what is right?
ZERO
The most likely thing that would of happen was the dark ages for them for at least another hundred years. Then they would have started making progress. But by then Europe would be in charge of tge world.
Tree
We're in the bronze age. We're headed to the golden age as we speak

I agree completely.

Nothing new here, read up on your history. In WW1 the Allied powers did the same thing, toppled the Ottoman Empire and divide the remains up.

funny how FBI can come knock on your door of you say the wrong thing on soical media or post something inappropriate. Yet isis have a Twitter account and post tweets all day with out any infiltration.

The one Who killed innocent people over soldier
Azraelcorbin
One mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter. Perception. Its a bitch.
Michael Galluzzo
Yeah, but in this case ISIS isn't fighting for anyone's freedom. They're fighting with the end of the world on their minds.a
Smarter Than One
Michael Galluzzo, or to control the territory around Syria and Iraq and protect it from all foreigners who fuck with them?
Michael Galluzzo
Smarter Than One, no, they themselves profess in their journal that they believe the end of the world will occur at the town of Dabiq, where they will fight the final crusaders and win. This isn't about protecting people, it's about recruiting them for the last battle of their fatalistic ideology. They kill anyone who doesn't fight for them, sell their daughters into sexual slavery, and ransack tombs and museums to profit from the sale of antiquities on the open market. There are plenty of legitimately Islamic groups dedicated to the causes of pushing the west out of their countries, ISIS is not one of them.
Smarter Than One
Michael Galluzzo, and why do I care what happens in Dabiq? Let them kill themselves for all I care. Why should I go kill them first? Why is it my business?
Michael Galluzzo
Smarter Than One, because if we ignore them, they will continue provoking us until we do attack.
Smarter Than One
Michael Galluzzo, how is killing people in the middle east provoking us?
Michael Galluzzo
Smarter Than One, I'm talking about attacks like the one in paris. It had one intent, to provoke the world to heighten their attacks on the organization.
Smarter Than One
Michael Galluzzo, did they provoke us or did us bombing them provoke them?
Michael Galluzzo
Smarter Than One, I would think its both, locked in a cycle of provocation that will only end when one side is eliminated, unfortunately.
Tucker
Smarter Than One, you're an idiot. Are you actually defending isis? More like "smarter than none"
HonorYourCraft
Smarter Than One, wow. You are delusional. ISIS goes against the very fabric of humanity and civics. I get, your some "deep thinking" cunt hipster that "was into ISIS before anyone else thought it was cool".
Smarter Than One
HonorYourCraft, I am not in support of them. I do think they are bad... but so what? What about N. Korea, Somalia, Russia, and about 15 other countries yet we aren't launching full scale invasions there. Fuck, Russia just attacks another country out of the blue but we don't do shit. Ha. Yeah, of course we don't pick on someone out own size. We are world bullies.
HonorYourCraft
Smarter Than One, we take care of more of this world than any other nation. Just because you are starting to realize that humans are not "humanitarians" and are coming unraveled as a result (I get it, it sucks) does not mean that America is the shittiest of the lot. To understand this is more or less philosophical. There isn't a nation on this planet without blood on its hands. At least here we have the rights to fix it, lest we cloud ourselves with the pettiness of bipartisan politics and only subscribe to a single polarity.
Smarter Than One
HonorYourCraft, I think we should strive to not have blood on out hands by letting the countries that are basically like little brats duke it out until they kill each other off. I'm for peace but there is nothing wrong with violence as long as I don't cause it, we as a country shouldn't cause it.
Tucker
Smarter Than One, get the hell out of the country if you don't like it
Michael Galluzzo
Smarter Than One, that would be great if ISIS's goal was to eliminate local enemies or minorities, take and hold land, exploit resources etc, but it's not. Their goal is to kickstart the end of the world, by provoking militarily powerful countries into sending forces to destroy them. In their version of events, they win and kill all the infidels, whereas in real life, they're going to be crushed into the dirt at the expense of thousands of lives and likely most of the regions infrastructure.
Michael Galluzzo
Tucker, that's not how this country works. If you don't like it, you stay and try and change what you don't like.
HonorYourCraft
As far as Russia goes, self preservation is an equal motherfucker on both sides of that relationship. What is worse? We turn a blind eye to another super power annexing a society (with mixed views on the event) that is out of our political spectrum? Or go balls deep and end our existence and let wahaabism pick over what is left of both of our nations?
🎺Thinker
Thank you, more people need to hear this shit.
Smarter Than One
I know that's why but let's not pretend we do what's "right" we only interfere with militarily weak countries. Police take on strong criminals like gangs and the mafia but if they didn't and only got Jay walkers they would be more likely thought of as bullies. So are we really world police or world bullies?
HonorYourCraft
Smarter Than One, as far as "weak militaries" are concerned, Iraq had the third largest army in the world and they got swept in 96 hours. Being a super power will always bring questions like the one you just asked.
JimMooman
Been great watching the various views here the cards time is running out and so is ours !
