#12. Yoga Advanced - Upward lotus pose

Lie on the back. Lift your straight legs and move them behind your head. Support your back with your hands as low as possible and move your legs and torso vertically up. Cross your legs as you would in the lotus pose. Press your palms against your thighs closer to your knees.
