#71. Yoga Intermediate - Knees, Chest, and Chin pose

Sit down on your heels, put your head on the mat, your arms stretched forward. Lower your chest to the floor till you reach the mat. Press your toes against the mat at your hips' length. Hold the pose. Then slide forward and relax lying on your stomach.
