Jessica works at the intersection of finance and technology, with a background in mathematics and computer science from MIT. She worked across venture, quant research, and trading at firms including Citadel, Goldentree, and Thrive Capital, and became the youngest quantitative researcher at a billion-dollar hedge fund. She later led product and design at early-stage startups. After using legacy RPA tools in finance, she was driven to build more intuitive, powerful automation solutions.

With a background in computer science from MIT, Neil is widely recognized for driving innovations in AI across domains. At the MIT-IBM Watson and Quest for Intelligence Labs, he led cutting-edge research in computer vision and large language models, focusing on multimodal reinforcement learning. He went on to lead machine learning initiatives at PostEra and Moonbear Bio before founding Sola, inspired by firsthand experience navigating the challenges of implementing RPA at a major hospital network.
